Since AZUR opened, we have been hosting themed dinners which highlight culinary trends or specific types of cuisine.  These dinners allow our chefs to showcase their talents and present foods which are truly unique.  On average, AZUR hosts about one Chef Series dinner per month.

AZUR “naked” chef series

Foods stripped to their basic form – pristine - as to allow each course (raw, clean, pure, lush and sweet) to showcase their natural, unique flavor without obstruction.  Rather than be covered with breading or sauces, executive chef Jeremy Ashby has elected to lightly garnish using simple ingredients such as: salt, butter, mint and even ice to amplify flavor. All carefully designed to expose taste and tantalize your palate. You’ll want to bring a friend to share this au naturale experience which will only be offered once as is customary with our Chef Series dinners.
