AZUR and salt rox
Several weeks ago, a friend and regular of AZUR, Mary Porter McKee introduced Executive Chef Jeremy Ashby to Salt Rox. Ironically, he had been searching for a suitable source of Himalayan salt blocks to use for cooking for several months. Being able to purchase them locally was a perfect fit for AZUR. Not only have we utilized the Salt Rox for cooking, but we also feature the "Salt Shotz" in the spirits center. To learn more about the Salt Rox product, please read the article from the Fall 2009 issue of Prep Magazine.
